Refund Policy

Customers may return items for an exchange within a 14  days, provided the items are in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags.  If the wrong size pattern has been ordered and customer is seeking a replacement, then customer is responsible for shipping fees.  If the wrong size pattern has been sent, or is damaged in production, then The Recollections of JP Ryan, LLC will pay for shipping the replacement.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders will be processed in 1 to 5 business days. Domestic and International shipping will be by USPS, delivery times will vary depending on class of service. Shipping fees will vary depending on quantity and destination. The customer is responsible for providing the correct and accurate shipping address when the order is placed. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees in the event of a pattern being exchanged at the customer's discretion. The Recollections of J. P. Ryan, LLC has no responsibility for delivery once package has been received by the carrier, USPS.Tracking is available on all shipments.
